The VATLL Board has a No Refund Policy for all events. After payment is made no refunds will be issued. If you are unable to attend the event, you are welcome to send someone in your place.

Invoicing - after you have registered for an event and you have been invoiced, payment is expected. If you cannot attend, you are welcome to send someone in your place.
