« Instructional Leaders Cohort

Reserve your spot with the Instructional Leaders Cohort for the 2026-2027 school year! This cohort is perfect for school leaders looking for an opportunity to grow in their understanding of high-quality instruction and their skill base to coach and support teachers.

Meet with others from around the Commonwealth during monthly meetings that explore all things teaching, learning, and leading with an emphasis on improving instruction. Monthly Zoom meetings will involve new learning, feedback, dialogue, and reflection. Share your experiences and practice between meetings to ensure we are working together toward common goals, a shared vision, and a personal commitment to ensure that instruction reflects the learning our students deserve.

Add on two full days of in-school walkthroughs, observations, and personalized coaching sessions to take your experience to the next level! This optional addition to your cohort experience is limited to 10 participants.
